By accessing or using Pickipack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.


2. Description of Service

Pickipack is a trip planning and packing list application that helps users organize their travel preparations. The Service allows you to create packing lists, templates, manage bags, and collaborate with others through groups.


3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Community & Public Content

Pickipack allows you to share templates publicly with the community through the Explore page. When you share a template publicly, it becomes visible to all users of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly. The following types of public content are strictly prohibited:

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful material
  • Sexually explicit or violent content
  • Content that promotes harm or illegal activity
  • Any material that is otherwise inappropriate for a general audience

We reserve the right to remove any public content and revoke sharing privileges without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate these community guidelines may be suspended or terminated.


6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as packing lists and templates). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.


7. Service Tiers and Limits

The Service may offer different tiers with varying features and limits. We reserve the right to modify these tiers, features, and limits at any time with reasonable notice.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
